I believe that therapy should be focused on your individual needs and not limited to the insurance constraints of your diagnosis. I specialize in faith deconstruction, religious trauma, “church hurt,” children & parenting, anxiety, grief, and perinatal & postpartum support, and am an LGBTQIA+ ally. Together we can come up with a plan that supports your values, aligns with your priorities, and works toward the goals you want to achieve.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I integrate evidence-based techniques with  mindfulness and embodiment practices to create a space for you to work through your struggles and challenges. My goal is to empower you by providing the tools and support needed to navigate emotions, improve relationships, cultivate resilience, and become the person you know deep down you want to be. Whether you are anxious, overwhelmed, at your wit’s end, or just plain “over it,” I am here to help you every step of the way.

I am based in Ann Arbor, MI, but am able to provide virtual services anywhere in the state of Michigan. I am also licensed to practice in the state of Virginia.
