My Analog Life

Prompts to Build an Intentional Life

Cover of a book titled "My Analog Life" with a minimalist black line drawing of a flower on a brown background and the subtitle "Prompts to build an intentional life."

An analog life is one lived with intention - which is hard when digital spaces have taught and conditioned us to numb out. We want more, but if you're like me, maybe you feel like those other skills (the ones for filling time well) are starting to atrophy a little. Pulling out our phones is easier than coming up with something else to do, so that's where we go.

I created the My Analog Life© booklet to help prompt us in a better direction. It's not a journal, it's a guide. Each week’s prompts focus on our bodies, minds, spirits and relationships. Every booklet also comes with a stamped postcard for you to color and mail to a friend, because snail mail is awesome.

The booklet comes as a monthly subscription, because remembering to connect to our analog habits takes time and practice. It requires we get in the habit of noticing - which is hard to do when we feel busy, overwhelmed, tired, or tied to our devices.

Each month follows the same general format to help create rhythm and consistency, but the prompts shift slightly to reflect the changing seasons of life.

Order by the 15th of the month to get next month’s booklet mailed to you on time.

Have suggestions or ideas for future booklets? I’d love to hear them.
